Patricia
O’Malley, CLU, has 20 years experience in leadership
development, change management, coaching and career management.
Pat leverages her background as a corporate executive to deliver
results oriented training and coaching to organizations and individuals.
In
her corporate career, Pat served as Director of Management and
Leadership Development for a Fortune 100 Company with responsibility for
corporate staff and 145 sales offices. Pat was responsible for building
management bench strength through the selection and training of
corporate staff and sales managers. In that role, she designed and
implemented management schools, assessment centers and succession plans.
Pat also provided executive assimilation coaching for newly promoted
executives and high potential managers. Other business unit assignments
she held include Marketing Director and Diversity Officer.
Pat
has certification and training in a wide range of coaching, career
management, executive assessment and leadership development tools.
A
qualifying member of the National Speaker’s Association, Pat delivers
speeches on Emotional Intelligence, “Career Fitness,”, career
visibility, personal branding, and leadership. She has addressed a
variety of audiences, including the European Life Underwriters Council (Wurzburg,
Germany), the New Jersey Association of Women in Computing, the Life
Communicators Association and the New Jersey OD Society. Her workshops
and keynotes have been rated “#1 speaker” status.
