As a corporate executive, Pat coached executives, managers, and sales producers to enhance their performance and their career progress. Pat leverages this experience in her own practice, working with clients focused on growing in their current careers, as well as those making career transitions. Pat has certification and advanced level training in a variety of leadership, assessment and career tools including: MBTI, Hogan Profiles, Career Anchors, and Clark Wilson 360 Feedback. Pat has experience as a certified associate for one of the nation’s leading outplacement firms. Pat has also worked as an executive coach for the Center for Executive Options and DBM’s Performance Optimization Services.

Pat conducts a “coach the coach” program for a Fortune 100 healthcare organization. She trains line managers to be internal coaches and mentors the trained coaches. Pat often speaks to OD and Training associations about how they can implement a similar internal coaching initiative.
